Return Policy

All sales are final, no refunds but you may be eligible for a store credit! 

Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it!


Non-Returnable Items: 


There are certain items that cannot be accepted for return, the following are non-returnable: 

Swimwear, Lingeries, makeup products & Clearance Items. Those items are Final Sale! 

No returns, no exchanges, no refund on the following items. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. 


Damaged Items: 


If you believe you have received a damaged merchandise, you have 2 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email info@lounasbeautyboutique.com with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well.

If the return request is approved we will reach out to you with instructions on how to return that item. 

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all parts included. 

Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.


Ship back returns using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)


Processing Time: 


Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be issued. You will be emailed once your store credit is issued. So be sure to enter your correct email address. 


All returned items must be sent back to us in the same "condition" it was sent. We must recieved returned items within 10 business days from the day refund request was granted.

Anything received after 10 business days from the day refund request was granted will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 14 days, it will be donated to charity. 

All eligible Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.


Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly!
